Frequently Asked Questions


  • Is the delivery Date guaranteed?
  • It normally is the case that the Customer gets their order the next day after we post them, however, due to unforseen circumstances, the Courier service may not be able to deliver on the specified date, for example, if the van breaks down or if there's a major accicdent on the motorway etc. Therefore it is not guaranteed. Once the cupcakes have been collected from us for delivery, we will not be able to take responsibility for non or late delivery, however, we will assist you in finding out why late or non delivery would have happened.

  • Do you deliver on weekends and Bank holidays?
  • Satuday Delivery is possible. Public Holidays and Sundays are not possible, as the courier does not do deliveries on those days.
  • Can you do guaranteed delivery by a certain time in the day?
  • We don't nomally do this, as it incurs an extra charge, however, if you do want us to, please contact us before placing the order, so we can send you a revised invoice.

    Guaranteed delivery is not always possible (it's not really guaranteed even though we pay the courier extra for this service, as the courier can sometimes be late!)
  • Can I have cupcakes delivered to another address?
  • Yes, immediately after placing an order, just email us the Name and Address you want them to be sent to, or when you go through the checkout process, "add" the special instructions and do it from there.

  • If I order my cupcakes today, when will I get them?
  • If the order is placed before 1pm on Monday, you will receive the cupcakes on Wednesday (see table above). We do not deliver at Siundays, Mondays and Public Holidays.

  • What if I'm not at home when the courier comes to deliver my cakes?
  • It is important that someone is in to sign for the parcel, between 8am and 6pm on the day of delivery. However, if you're not in, a calling card will be left, it will be your responsibility to re-arrange a delivery or to collect the parcel from the depot specified on the calling card, on rare occasion, there may be a charge to re-deliver,, this will be your responsibility. Therafter, if the Parcel is not collected, it may be sent back to us, if this is the case, then we will invoice you for the cost incurred. You will have 7 days to pay this.
    If you want to specify a specific time period when you will be at home to receive the Parcel, then please contact us before placing the order, as there is a charge, and we will invoice you the correct amount.

  • Do you deliver to anywhere in the UK?
  • We deliver to most places in Mainland UK, if you live in a far off place which normally has problems with deliveries, please contact us and we'll find confirm for you.


  • Are your cupcakes Halal?
  • Yes, we take great care in this. We check every ingredient to see whether it is free from alcohol and non-halal animal ingredients, including insect derivatives. We contact manufacturers of ingredients to find out the information.

  • Are your cupcakes Suitable for Vegetarians?
  • Yes, we use dairy products and eggs, but no other animal products. If you are still unsure about a something, please contact us and we will be very happy to answer your questions.

  • I need Allergy Advice
  • We use Dairy Products, including eggs, Nuts where specified, Nuts are used in the working environment, we use ingredients which include Fruits and Berries. If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact us.

  • What if my cupcakes arrive in a really bad condition?
  • We take extra care in ensuring that the cupcakes arrive in perfect or very good condition, as we have worked extremely hard to get it right. So far, our cupcakes have reached their recipients safely, however, it is still not guaranteed that they will always reach you in good condition. This is because Parcels go though a mechanical sorting process at the depot, which is out of our control. If your cupcakes do arrive in a significantly bad condition, you will need to send us photos or send them back to us via a courier in the same packaging, at your own cost. This will have to be initiated within 24 hours of you receiving them. We will then investigate and attempt to get back to you within 24 hours of receiving them from you.


  • Are you payment methods secure?
  • Yes, Paypal deals with the payments, none of your credit/debit card, or bank details are disclosed to us at any time.
